Sebastian H.

Over the last 7 years I've been responsible for sending 48M+ cold emails, with peaks of 3.8M/month. I personally managed cold email for clients like Clay, Reddit, Instantly and Hubspot through my affiliation with one of the largest cold email agency (GrowthEngineX). Doesn't matter if you want to send 1,000 hyper-targeted emails a month or 100k a day. I know the exact strategy to execute it properly and get the best results. One of my core niches right now is outbound for financial institutions, including capital firms, M&A, VC and PE. I increase dealflow by targeting HNWIs, family offices, and other high-level ICPs. My core expertise: - List Building & Lead Verification - Positioning & Copywriting - Domain + DNS Setup (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) - Inbox Setup & Warmup - Deliverability Management - Sending Infrastructure & Automation - Personalization Frameworks - Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay - Claude Code, MCP If you feel like I am the right guy for this hit me up and let's chat!
