Hi, I’m Mariana, an Architectural Designer with 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale residential, corporate, and hospitality projects. I specialize in turning complex designs into clear, buildable, and well-coordinated Revit and AutoCAD models, supporting teams in delivering projects efficiently and with fewer errors. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across both design and construction phases, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and solving real-world challenges, not just designing on paper. Selected experience includes: Corporate headquarters (Bracell, XP Inc., Stone); Large residential and mixed-use developments; Hospitality and high-end environments. What I can support you with: · Revit and AutoCAD modeling & BIM coordination · Construction documentation · Project setup and file organization · Multidisciplinary coordination (A/E/C teams) · Remote collaboration with international teams I bring a strong understanding of how projects are actually built, ensuring your drawings are not only well-designed, but executable. Additional services: I also help property owners and investors improve short-term rental spaces (Airbnb/STR) through layout optimization and design strategies that enhance guest experience and visual appeal. If you’re looking for a reliable professional who can integrate quickly into your team and deliver high-quality work, feel free to reach out.
