Dayanna V.

I help logistics, freight, and supply chain companies manage clients, carriers, and operations more efficiently combining hands-on account management with real industry experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, and import/export. I have experience managing portfolios of 25+ active client accounts for a trucking company, owning the full client lifecycle onboarding, recurring check-ins, project coordination, billing, and upselling while working closely with internal teams to keep every account on track. My background spans carrier sales, sea freight, air cargo, and import/export operations, so I understand the operational side (tracking & tracing, scheduling, customer management) as well as the client-facing side. I also have experience running outbound sales and lead follow-up, supporting client consultation calls, and managing CRM systems and internal tracking tools to keep pipelines and operations organized. Bilingual in English and Spanish, I hold a Master's degree in International Trade and Customs and bring a global, detail-oriented perspective to every client relationship. If you're a logistics, freight, or supply chain business looking for someone who can manage clients and keep operations moving, let's talk.
