I’ve spent over 14 years growing and excelling in the call center industry. I started my career as an outbound sales agent, handling programs like credit card acquisition, energy/utility services, and telecommunications. Over time, I progressed into leadership roles, spending 11 years with Afni Philippines—3 years as sales representative and 8 years as a Sales Team Leader. In my most recent role, I led an inbound sales team, where I thrived in coaching, motivating, and empowering agents to not just meet but exceed their goals. I pride myself on my ability to identify high-impact behaviors, refine performance through data-driven analysis, and conduct detailed performance reviews using tools like Microsoft Excel and Word. My strong communication skills and sales expertise have consistently translated to results, both for my team and the business. One of my proudest achievements was earning the ACE Champion Employee recognition for three consecutive years (2020–2022). This was especially meaningful during the pandemic, as I maintained top-tier performance while leading a fully remote team with minimal supervision—showcasing my adaptability, time management, and commitment to excellence even in challenging environments. Beyond technical skills, I’m passionate about fostering collaboration and accountability. Whether it’s through calendar scheduling, prioritizing tasks, or mentoring agents, I believe in leading by example to drive sustainable success. I’m excited to bring this mindset, along with my experience, to a new opportunity where I can continue to grow and make an impact.
