Since 20+ years, I am Board member of corporations and startups in Europe, America and Asia, specializing in: marketing strategy, cost controlling and optimization; "emergency management", that is to say handling a company with poor cash flow or with need of steep growth with limited marketing budget; international M&A and country offices/team creation. I am owner of a consulting firm and software house with country offices in Switzerland and Poland. I have personally been investor & CTO of start-ups and companies in several fields, including but not limited to arts, automotive and TV/entertainment. Past and current projects include countries such as US, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, Spain, Canada, Austria, China and Singapore. I am member of AssoController, the Italian association of Professional Cost Controllers.
