Shawn B.

I design and build custom business automation systems that streamline operations, reduce manual work, and eliminate process breakdowns. If your team is managing workflows through spreadsheets, emails, manual follow-ups, or disconnected tools, I can turn that into a structured automation system with clear logic, triggers, notifications, and reporting dashboards. I specialize in building backend workflow systems using: • Google Sheets & Google Forms • Google Apps Script • Python automation • API integrations (Twilio, third-party services) • Custom dashboards & status tracking systems Recent systems I’ve built include: • Budget vs Actual forecasting tools with burn rate & risk indicators • Workflow dashboards with completion states and escalation logic • Form-triggered automation pipelines • SMS notification and reminder systems • Structured data processing & reporting tools I don’t build quick hacks. I design systems that are scalable, maintainable, and built around how your business actually operates. My process always starts with workflow mapping and system design before development begins. This ensures the automation supports long-term growth instead of creating new bottlenecks. With a 100% Job Success Score and Rising Talent badge, I focus on clear communication, structured builds, and delivering systems that clients can confidently manage after handoff. If you’re ready to move from manual processes to reliable automation, I’m ready to help.
