Military officer first (Second Lieutenant), then Robotics at the University of Manchester, where I raised equity-free funding for a startup and pitched it at Web Summit. Different worlds, same pattern: broken systems everywhere and nobody fixing them properly. So I started Blacksmith Industries. Now I build AI systems and full stack software that fund themselves.
