PCB Design Engineer | PCB Layout | Altium & KiCAD | DFM & Prototyping
Hi, I am Ali. I help startups, product developers and engineering teams transform concepts into reliable manufacturable PCBs. My expertise covers the complete hardware development process from schematic design and PCB layout to prototype validation and manufacturing preparation. Whether you need a compact IoT board, a power electronics design or a complete custom PCB, I focus on delivering designs that are optimized for performance, reliability and production. What I Offer: I provide end-to-end PCB design and hardware development services for embedded and electronic products. My work includes schematic capture, multilayer PCB layout, component selection, BOM development, design for manufacturing reviews, prototype support and hardware troubleshooting. Every design is developed with careful attention to signal integrity, power distribution, thermal performance and manufacturability to reduce development risks and avoid costly redesigns. Hardware Design Experience: I have worked on a wide range of electronic products including compact 4-layer BLE and GNSS tracking devices, LTE-M and NB-IoT cellular trackers, ESP32 and STM32 based embedded systems, sensor interface circuits, power electronics and multi-phase DC-DC converters. I also have experience integrating electronics into mechanical enclosures and product housings to ensure a smooth transition from prototype to production. Tools and Technologies: My primary design tools are Altium Designer and KiCad. I work extensively with multilayer PCB layouts, schematic design, DFM analysis, BOM optimization, ESP32 and STM32 platforms, sensor integration, IoT hardware development and hardware debugging. I generate complete manufacturing packages including Gerber files, assembly files and production documentation required for fabrication and assembly. Why Clients Work With Me: I approach every project with a strong focus on quality, manufacturability and long-term reliability. Rather than simply routing a board, I consider component placement, power integrity, thermal behavior and assembly requirements from the beginning of the design process. This helps clients reduce iterations, accelerate development and move to production with greater confidence. If you have an existing schematic that needs review, a PCB that requires optimization or a product that needs to move from prototype to a production ready design, feel free to reach out. I would be happy to discuss your project and recommend the best path forward.
