Good stores still lose sales, usually somewhere no one checks. I find where, fix it, and hand back proof of what changed. I'm Rhafael, a Shopify developer and CRM automation specialist. I build and maintain Shopify stores for established businesses, then connect them to GoHighLevel or Salesforce with n8n, so the follow-up runs itself. Recent work: • Ford Millinery (Shopify, Sydney): built a CRO expert's ten-point audit on the live store. Checkout went from 4 clicks to 2, and conversion rose from 0.86% to 0.92% in the first read. • Displaysense (Shopify, UK): ongoing theme work across 3,500+ products, plus a draft-order quote flow for trade and public-sector buyers. • A training provider (GoHighLevel + n8n, Australia): audited the CRM, then shipped 12 automations. 26 stranded students unblocked, and every new lead now gets an owner. What I do: • Shopify: Liquid themes and sections, quote flows, product finders, speed, Storefront and Admin APIs • CRM automation: GoHighLevel workflows and pipelines, Salesforce Flows, Apex classes and triggers, n8n, Zapier, Make, webhooks • Audits: a ranked fix list for your CRM or store in five business days How I work: • Inside your accounts, on a copy of your theme. Nothing goes live until you approve it. • Every task ends in one clear status: done, partial, blocked, or needs input. • Every change comes with a receipt: before, after, and what it did. Async across US, UK, and Australian time zones. Send me what's broken and I'll tell you the fastest fix, even if it isn't me.
