I build AI-powered automation systems using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps AI Builder, combined with prompt engineering techniques to train and optimize custom AI categorization models. My work involves creating and refining large, high-quality datasets that serve as the foundation for accurate model training — ensuring each tag or category is well-defined, balanced, and semantically distinct. I design intelligent workflows that can automatically extract file contents from various document types (PDF, Word, Excel, and image formats) using OCR (Optical Character Recognition), then summarize and interpret the extracted text through Copilot prompt integration for efficient preprocessing before classification. These summaries are used to feed Power Apps AI models that categorize files by context, purpose, or audit-related tags. Beyond model training, I also automate document organization and data-driven processes — enabling real-time file handling, tagging, and notifications across SharePoint and OneDrive environments. I focus on ensuring each automation flow operates seamlessly across systems, improving efficiency, accuracy, and reducing manual workload. Overall, I specialize in combining AI model development, data preprocessing, and workflow automation — bridging intelligent content understanding with end-to-end automated execution across the Microsoft Power Platform.
