Fair warning: my characters have more personality than most people I know. You’ve probably already lived this story. You hired a children’s book illustrator who said all the right things… then disappeared for weeks. Or worse - came back with a character whose face quietly changed between page 1 and page 12. Or handed you files that looked fine on screen and fell apart the second they hit the printer. That version of the process is expensive, exhausting, and surprisingly common. I’m a children’s book illustrator who treats character design like it actually matters. I lock down character sheets and turnaround sheets early so your hero stays consistent from the first page to the last. No drifting faces. No “wait, is that even the same kid?” moments. Just clean children’s book illustration, picture book illustration, storybook art, and comic pages that actually flow. What you actually get: • Character design + detailed character sheets that stay locked in • Full children’s book & picture book illustration • Storybook illustration and kids book art • Comic pages with real timing and storytelling • Book cover illustration when needed • Print-ready files (300 DPI, CMYK) — Amazon KDP and print-ready, no surprises Most authors don't need another "creative" who vanishes or improvises. They need a children's book illustrator who delivers consistent characters, clear communication, and files that work the first time. If that sounds like what you've been missing, send the manuscript - I'll send back characters your readers actually remember.
