Brief : your objective, audience, brand and constraints. I'd rather over-ask now than guess later. 2. Direction : script, references and a look test before anything gets built, so you approve a direction first. 3. Production : generation, voice, lip-sync, music and sound design, supervised shot by shot. 4. Post : grade, captions, motion graphics and brand assets in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. 5. Delivery : master plus every cutdown and ratio. Revisions inside the same week. For a custom AI avatar, I define the persona first (age, tone, ethnicity, personality, presence) then generate and refine the look until it's right. For a clone of a real person, I need anywhere from 15 seconds to 30 minutes of footage depending on how close a match you want, plus platform verification.
