Alina P.

I help SaaS, marketplace, and digital product teams improve UX, redesign key flows, and build cleaner, more consistent interfaces across web and mobile. My work is async-first: I can review your product, identify UX friction, prioritize issues, and turn recommendations into clear Figma designs, redesign concepts, UI states, component improvements, and implementation-ready notes. I can help with: • UX/UI audits for web and mobile products • Product flow redesign: onboarding, checkout, search, listing, dashboards, forms, and core user journeys • UI design for new screens, states, and feature concepts • Design system cleanup, UI consistency, and component improvements • Conversion and usability reviews for key flows • Figma comments, annotated screens, issue maps, and dev handoff notes Typical fixed-price formats: • UX/UI Snapshot Audit — $500 • Flow Audit + UX Recommendations — from $1,500 • Audit + Redesign Direction — from $2,500 • UX/UI Design Sprint for a specific flow — from $3,000 • Design System Cleanup — from $4,000 I work best with founders, product owners, and decision-makers who want thoughtful product design, clear written communication, and async collaboration without long recurring calls. If you need a UX audit, a redesign direction, or hands-on UX/UI design for a focused product area, I can help.
