Martyna Z.

I help small and growing teams bring structure to messy projects by setting up clear sprint routines, action trackers, ClickUp and Jira workflows, and simple delivery processes. I am a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) with experience in sprint planning, backlog organisation, team follow-ups, meeting notes, stakeholder updates, and day-to-day project coordination. If your team has tasks spread across Slack, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, emails, and meetings, I can help turn that into a clear system where everyone knows what is happening, who owns what, and what needs to move next. How I can support your team: ▪ Sprint planning and daily stand-up support ▪ Backlog organisation and task prioritisation ▪ ClickUp, Jira, and Trello workflow setup ▪ Meeting notes, action tracking, and follow-up reminders ▪ Weekly status updates for stakeholders ▪ Blocker tracking and delivery follow-up ▪ Simple SOPs, checklists, and repeatable processes I currently support a growing digital/tech business with Agile delivery and project coordination across multiple workstreams, including ClickUp setup, sprint cadence planning, backlog structure, stakeholder updates, and delivery tracking. I am fluent in English and Polish, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable working with founders, developers, operations teams, and remote teams. If your team feels busy but not fully organised, I can help create the structure needed to make delivery clearer, calmer, and easier to manage.
