I coordinated the business requirements, worked with the developer, tested the workflow, and validated the final process. In another UK property project, I researched comparable sales, rental demand, STR potential, operating costs, and modeled rental yields to help determine whether a property was better suited to Buy-to-Let or Short-Term Rental. My strength is not simply operating software. I focus on understanding how the property, systems, channels, and workflows fit together so the setup is accurate, repeatable, and easier to manage as the portfolio grows.
