I am a Senior Web developer, Expert in customizing Method CRM. I my previous job I worked in a small IT company that helped many businesses achieve their ideal workflow in the Method CRM. I have experience with creating custom CRM solutions also. Below I have listed some of my work I have done in Method CRM: • Created new apps for commission calculation for multilevel marketing companies. These type of companies have vendors and those vendors further have other vendors but the main business needs to deal with all of them and provide them commission for the customers that they brought. I have setup custom app to deal with this complex functionality and provided them a robust data monitoring dashboard with custom Excel and pdf reports to allow them to monitor where their sales are coming from. • Integrated Method CRM with 3rd party apps like Twilio audio AI agent, Gmail for inventory sync, Trello for task management, integration with n8n for custom reports and integration with Power BI for data dashboards. • Setup of personalised pricing, In this setup I added custom fields so that a business can have different default pricing rates for some special customer. • Added Automation with App Routines for mundane tasks like follow-up emails, background data sync with 3rd party apps, data backup, data comparison and data correction programs. • Added Data safeguards so that different team members can have access to only data that they require and hide all the sensitive information. Like hiding all the vendors from the sales team or hiding all the invoices and customers which have purchased more than 100k in total. • Designed multiple custom web to lead forms which helps a business capture custom data. • Added data filter screens which shows data of different platforms in the Method CRM. I have done this using automated app routines and Method CRM Rest API.
