Content Moderator ,Trust & Safety Operations Lead, AI/UGC Policy & QA
I help platforms, AI companies, and startups build, manage, and scale trust and safety operations — from policy design to moderation workflows to vendor oversight. If your platform is growing and your safety systems need structure, consistency, and someone who can own the process end to end, that's exactly what I do. I bring five years of hands-on trust and safety experience across major platforms including Quora, Poe AI, Google (YouTube), Facebook, and LinkedIn. My work has spanned the full T&S lifecycle: defining content policies, building classification taxonomies, designing escalation frameworks, managing moderation queues, training and leading vendor teams, conducting quality audits, and reporting on operational performance. I've led cross-functional initiatives involving product, policy, legal, and engineering teams to improve enforcement accuracy and reduce response times at scale. What makes me effective as a project lead is that I don't just execute — I build systems. I create SOPs, define KPIs, establish review cadences, and set up tracking structures so that operations run consistently whether I'm hands-on or overseeing a team. I've managed vendor relationships across multiple regions, led quality calibration sessions, and built feedback loops between frontline moderation and policy teams to ensure decisions stay aligned as platforms evolve. I also bring deep familiarity with the AI safety space. Through my work on Poe AI, I've evaluated LLM outputs, designed content safety frameworks for generative AI products, and understand the unique moderation challenges that come with AI-generated content — from hallucinations to policy-violating outputs to prompt injection risks. This positions me well for companies navigating the intersection of AI product development and user safety. What I can help with: trust and safety program setup and strategy, content moderation operations and queue management, policy development and enforcement frameworks, vendor team management and quality calibration, child safety and high-sensitivity content workflows, AI safety evaluation and LLM output review, data annotation and content classification systems, cross-functional project leadership across product and policy and engineering, operational reporting and KPI dashboards, and process documentation and SOP development. Tools I work with: Zendesk, Asana, Trello, Jira, Google Workspace, SQL, Salesforce, Slack, NotebookLM, Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. I'm reliable, structured, and proactive. I work best in long-term engagements where I can take ownership of operations, build repeatable systems, and continuously raise the bar on quality and efficiency. Whether you need someone to stand up a trust and safety function from scratch or bring order to one that's scaling faster than your team can manage, I'm ready to step in.
