I’m a Kaizen- and Six Sigma–trained dental hygienist and program leader with 20+ years of experience spanning general dentistry, pediatrics, periodontics, and public health. I specialize in turning complex clinical concepts into clear, engaging content and workflows that drive provider education, patient outcomes, and practice growth. I’ve led initiatives in infection control, workflow optimization, performance improvement, and cross-team communication as Dental Program & Clinical Manager at a Federally Qualified Health Center. I also played a key role in launching a School-Based Health Program, building workflows, quality improvement tools, and communication strategies that expanded access to pediatric care and supported medical-dental integration. Today, through Dental Kaizen, I partner with practices and organizations to align clinical accuracy with measurable results. From clinical articles and CE-style programs to patient education and marketing assets, I bridge the gap between technical expertise and compelling communication. I maintain an active Ohio dental hygiene license and memberships in AAOSH, ADHA, OADHA, and NNOHA. Staying hands-on in clinical practice keeps my perspective current and patient-centered.
