Fajar A.

I build production-grade software and I teach others how to do the same. With 15+ years of engineering experience across full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and AI I have spent my career shipping systems that actually work at scale. Not prototypes. Not demos. Production systems serving real users, in regulated industries, with 99.99% uptime requirements. Most recently, I served as Founding Engineer for an early-stage startup (stealth), where I single-handedly architected and delivered a full-stack Agentic AI product from zero to production-ready MVP. Before that, I spent 10+ years at a healthcare SaaS platform, growing from Software Engineer to Principal Engineer -- eventually leading and mentoring distributed engineering teams across Australia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. What I bring to every engagement: - End-to-end ownership -- I can take an idea from whiteboard to production alone if needed - Cloud-native architecture on AWS (Certified Solutions Architect -- Professional) - Agentic AI development with LangGraph, RAG, and LLM orchestration - Engineering leadership -- I have built and scaled high-performing distributed teams - A genuine love for teaching -- I create regular content on software engineering for 3,000+ followers
