I’m Majella, a System Trainer and Implementation Consultant with over 25 years of experience working with organisations and helping them introduce new software, onboard users, and create practical learning solutions that work. I specialise in taking complex systems and processes and turning them into clear, user-friendly training experiences. My focus is always on making technology and systems easier for people to understand and use. Throughout my career, I have supported organisations across Publishing, E-commerce, Telecommunications and EDI. My roles have involved training users on bespoke and proprietary platforms or systems. Because many of the systems I have worked with were unique to each organisation, I am highly adaptable and comfortable learning new technologies and systems quickly. Some examples of my experience include: • Training and onboarding 1,000+ users on Elsevier’s online submission platform • Supporting software implementations through structured training programmes and documentation • Developing user guides, process documentation and knowledge resources My approach to training is collaborative.
