I’m a Program Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum leader with 10+ years of experience helping teams bring structure to chaos, build scalable systems, and actually ship. I work across product, engineering, and operations to improve delivery, align stakeholders, and create the systems teams need to operate effectively.
