Most teams don’t struggle because of lack of talent, they struggle because delivery is unclear, systems are fragmented, and no one owns execution end-to-end. That’s where I come in. I’m a Program Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum leader with 10+ years of experience helping teams bring structure to chaos, build scalable systems, and actually ship. I work across product, engineering, and operations to improve delivery, align stakeholders, and create the systems teams need to operate effectively. What I help teams do: - Improve sprint predictability and delivery consistency - Build capacity planning and resource models (Smartsheet, Excel) - Design and implement scalable workflows in Jira, Monday, Asana, ClickUp and other tools - Translate business goals into clear, executable plans - Establish reporting and dashboards that leadership can actually use What sets me apart: - I don’t just manage delivery- I build the systems that make delivery work. With a background in product management, I bring a strong ability to connect strategy to execution. I’ve spun up engineering capacity models, restructured Jira environments, and built end-to-end delivery systems that give teams clarity and leaders confidence in what’s being delivered and when. I’m not a “process for the sake of process” operator. I focus on practical, scalable solutions that reduce rework, improve visibility, and help teams move faster without unnecessary overhead. If your team is: - struggling with delivery visibility - operating in spreadsheet or tooling chaos - lacking clear systems for execution I can help you build the structure and processes to move faster and more confidently.
