Need someone who can keep things organized behind the scenes while also helping with your online presence? I can help. Hi, I’m Hazziel, an E-Commerce & Social Media Virtual Assistant with 6+ years of hands-on business operations experience and freelance experience supporting clients with content and social media. I can help with the day-to-day work that keeps a business moving, from product listings, inventory and pricing updates, order processing, customer support, and administrative tasks to social media content, Canva graphics, captions, content scheduling, and basic video editing. Here’s what I can help you with: 🛒 E-Commerce Support - Product listings and product information - Inventory and pricing updates - Order processing and tracking - Customer inquiries and support - Data entry and information organization 📱 Social Media & Content - Content planning and research - Canva graphics and promotional visuals - Captions and content scheduling - Basic Reels and short-form video editing - Meta paid ads support ⚙️ Administrative & Business Support - Google Sheets / Excel - Research and data organization - Workflow and task organization - Day-to-day operational support - Adapting to different tools and processes I also use AI tools for image generation, brainstorming, research, and content support. I review and refine AI-generated results rather than relying on them blindly, making sure the final output is accurate, natural, and appropriate for the brand. I’m detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and a quick learner. When I come across something unfamiliar, I take the initiative to research, practice, and learn the process so I can work confidently and independently. Whether you need reliable help behind the scenes, support with your online store, or someone to help bring your content ideas to life, I’m ready to help. Let’s make your workload a little easier.
