Real money in, real users out. • A multi-agent AI recruitment screening system that took first-pass evaluation from around 8 hours per role to around 10 minutes with parity accuracy. Built with observability on every agent call, retries, and model routing for cost control. • A post-meeting automation hub for an insurance and pension brokerage. Multi-pass Claude pipeline with human-in-the-loop boundaries, MS Graph + Outlook integration, IP-whitelisted single-user app handling regulated PII under Israeli privacy law. • A business cloud-hosted AI agent on AWS with a two-service security split, capability-bound tool surfaces, append-only audit at the database trigger layer, and out-of-band approval flow for high-risk operations. Production architecture, not a chatbot. How I work. I don't believe in automation for its own sake. I sit with operators, watch how work actually moves, find where systems lie to each other or where humans become the integration layer, and build the smallest reliable thing that removes the friction.
