Kotaro I.

I build Zoho systems that run a real business every day. For a US home-services company, I've spent 600+ hours connecting online booking, Zoho CRM and Zoho Books: territory routing, Forms-to-CRM automation in Deluge, and quote-to-invoice sync. I'm also a category winner of the Zoho Developer Hackathon 2025 (Zoho CRM Functions). Drawing on 3+ years at etika Corporation, a Zoho partner in Japan (since 2023), I have built Zoho systems for 19 client companies, including about 1,000 Deluge functions and 15+ outside API integrations. I'm now going independent under my own practice, kotarosan. 🔧 WHAT I DO BEST: - Zoho CRM, Books, Bookings, Forms and Flow setup and customization - Deluge scripts and Zoho REST API integrations - Custom Zoho CRM widgets and client scripts (JavaScript) - Routing and scheduling logic (who gets which customer, on which day) - Connecting Zoho to outside systems (Slack, Google, BillOne, Shopify, QuickBooks) - AI-assisted development for fast, efficient delivery - Safe rollouts: test in a sandbox, check with real data, then release in steps 💬 HOW I WORK BEST: English is not my strongest skill, so I work best in writing: Upwork messages, Slack and email, with AI translation to keep my English clear. Instead of a live call, I can send a recorded demo that walks through the work. Every delivery comes with a written summary of what changed and how I tested it. Ideal projects: implementation work that needs careful, checked delivery rather than quick fixes. 📩 Send me the workflow you want to automate, and I'll reply with a plan.
