Rates & Typical Fees My standard rate is $55/hr, reflecting my experience as a Chartered QS (MRICS) and a RICS-regulated practice. I’m flexible on smaller, well-defined tasks, and I also offer clear fixed-fee options: • Extension / Renovation Estimate: $175–$300 • New Build Cost Plan (3–5 bed): $400–$700 • NRM2 BOQ / Take-Off: $250–$650 • Tender Review / Cost Verification: $150–$350 All deliverables follow RICS NRM1 and NRM2 standards and are provided in PDF and Excel formats (CostX exports also available).
