I also handled multilingual support in English, German, Dutch, and French while maintaining high response quality and fast turnaround times across all languages. I’m highly organized, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced remote environments. My approach is always focused on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and clear communication. German is one of my strongest languages professionally, and while my spoken English is conversational, my written English is excellent, which has always been the most important part of my work since most communication is handled through email and chat support.
