Mina P.

Hi, I'm Mina 👋 I keep projects on track and make operations leaner, so your team spends less time chasing updates and more time on the work that matters. → Coordinate residential construction projects remotely: subcontractors, suppliers, material orders, deliveries, and permits → Built full operational infrastructure for a scaling business from scratch in 12 weeks → Recruited and onboarded the core team within 4 weeks → Redesigned admin workflows to cut out manual data entry and duplicate work I’m easy to work with. I’m also the person who will catch the delivery date that doesn’t line up with the schedule, the handoff nobody owns, or the step in your process that’s quietly creating errors downstream. I care about the details because that’s usually where projects slip. ——— A bit more about me: My background is a little unconventional. I’ve coordinated production in manufacturing, from food production to custom sailmaking. I’ve managed cross-functional teams across production, logistics, procurement, and finance, and I’ve built operational systems from scratch for a company that had none. What I’ve learned across all of it: most project and operations problems aren’t complicated. They’re undocumented, untracked, or nobody owns them. That’s what I fix. When you work with me, you get: Clear project tracking, so everyone knows what’s happening, who’s on it, and what’s next Lean workflows and SOPs your team will actually follow. Organized systems in the tools you already use, like ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Notion. Someone who spots the gap in your process before it becomes a delay or a cost If your projects are moving faster than your systems can keep up, that’s where I work best. Looking forward to hearing about what you’re building. Mina
