David C.

I’m an Operations & Project Manager with 6+ years of experience managing construction operations, vendors, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and multi-project workflows. I specialize in bringing structure to fast-moving operations—keeping projects organized, contractors accountable, timelines moving, and leadership informed without constant follow-up. My experience includes managing 20+ concurrent residential renovation projects, coordinating approximately 25 field employees and subcontractors, overseeing project budgets up to $150K, and building systems that improve visibility, accountability, and execution. KEY RESULTS • Reduced material costs by approximately 15% through vendor negotiation and purchasing controls • Improved operational efficiency by approximately 25% through scheduling and workflow improvements • Reduced project turnaround time by approximately 28% • Managed multiple contractors, vendors, schedules, inspections, estimates, budgets, and project dependencies simultaneously • Built SOPs, dashboards, project-management workflows, and reporting systems to support scalable operations I CAN HELP WITH • Project & Operations Management • Construction Project Management • Vendor & Contractor Management • Scheduling & Project Coordination • Budget Tracking & Cost Control • Construction Estimating & Scope Review • Procurement & Vendor Sourcing • Process Improvement & SOP Development • Stakeholder & Client Communication • Project Management Systems & Reporting TOOLS Asana • Google Workspace • Google Sheets • Excel • Close CRM • Trello • Notion • Jira • HubSpot • QuickBooks If you need someone who can take ownership, organize the moving pieces, communicate proactively, and keep projects moving from planning through completion, I’d be happy to discuss your project.
