If your team has to remember who to follow up with, manually move information between systems, copy data from one tool into another, or constantly check whether an automation actually worked, the problem usually isn't your people. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 Zoho CRM ↔ Shopify, Slack, Stripe, WhatsApp, Calendly, Klaviyo, Jira, Twilio, Aircall and other business systems through APIs, webhooks, Zoho Flow and custom automation. 𝗗𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Not just attractive charts, visibility into pipeline, sales activity, conversion, inactive customers, follow-ups and the numbers management actually needs. 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 Zoho Desk workflows, ticket routing, escalation, classification, knowledge processes and AI-assisted support workflows with appropriate human review. Where I add the most value I don't approach a CRM project by asking: Which Zoho feature should we configure?” I start with: “How does your business work today, where does the process break, and what should happen automatically?” From there, I can audit the existing setup, redesign the process, build the CRM, automate the repetitive parts, connect the surrounding tools, clean the data, test everything and document the finished system. That means you don't have to become the person responsible for keeping your CRM alive. The goal is a system your team can actually use, and a business process that keeps moving even when someone forgets to click the next button.
