Heather L.

I’m a PMP-certified project and program manager with 15+ years of experience leading technology implementations, digital delivery projects, and cross-functional initiatives. I work with organizations that need experienced project management support, whether that’s managing a technology implementation, overseeing an external vendor, coordinating internal stakeholders, or bringing structure to a project that’s already underway. My experience includes enterprise software implementations, custom websites and mobile applications, system integrations, data migrations, and procurement technology. I’ve worked on both sides of the client-vendor relationship, so I understand the challenges of managing delivery commitments while navigating internal priorities, dependencies, and decision-making. My background spans technology, procurement, finance, and business operations across hospitality, utilities, and professional services. I bring a practical approach to project leadership, with a focus on clear ownership, realistic plans, proactive risk management, and keeping teams moving toward delivery. I provide fractional and contract support for organizations that need experienced project leadership without a full-time hire. Areas of Focus * Project & program management * Cross-functional delivery coordination * Vendor management * Proposal review and vendor selection PMP-certified. Experienced leading complex initiatives from definition through delivery across technical and operational environments. Best fit: fractional or short-term engagements where teams need client-side project management without adding full-time overhead. Certifications: PMP (PMI), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist
