With 15+ years of end-to-end experience across OEM, ODM, trading companies, and brand-side development, my core mission is to bridge the gap between creative concepts and factory-floor reality. I don't just design shoes; I engineer them for mass production. I collaborate closely with design teams, mold suppliers, and brand merchandisers to convert aesthetics into highly functional, manufacturable solutions while optimizing cost, quality, and timelines. My Technical & Manufacturing Edge: Operating on the ground allows me to oversee cross-country production management across China, Cambodia, and Vietnam. My technical background is rooted in complex constructions, including PU injection, waterproof/GORE-TEX systems, anti-puncture safety standards, and advanced tooling methods for both performance and lifestyle footwear. Brand Partnerships: Throughout my career, I have successfully partnered with global brands including PUMA, Merrell, Timberland, Wolverine, Mark Nason (SKECHERS), Made By Society, Universal Overall Japan, and ONE BOY Taiwan.
