Maria Isabel C.

I build the operations systems behind importers, wholesalers, and ecommerce sellers: supplier pricing, inventory sync, B2B ordering, and catalog management. Processed 35,000+ supplier records for a wholesale client. Background in business operations: I understand the rules, dependencies, and exceptions behind real workflows, not just the technical requirements. WHAT I BUILD • Multi-vendor pricing & matching: UPC normalization, product matching, automated price comparison across suppliers. • Amazon data pipelines: Keepa API sync into Google Sheets and Firestore, with adaptive batching, persistent queues, and rate-limit recovery. • B2B ordering portals: wholesale web apps with live inventory validation. • Shopify catalogs: bulk uploads by code, product data structure, and visibility for Google and AI search. • Document & workflow automation: ~35 forms consolidated into a single-entry workflow with DocuSign and organized Drive records. Processing time reduced ~79% (client-reported). HOW I WORK I design around how your business actually operates, validate against real workflows, and deliver solutions your team can maintain. Every system ships with documentation.
