Fifteen years taking products from nothing to shipped, and the last two building them inside Claude. I co-founded Weyo in 2018. We patented a child-safe interactive video engine and licensed it to Sesame Street, Mattel, Oddbods and The Wiggles. Sesame Street Yourself won Forbes App of the Year and a Telly, and passed five million downloads. The engine holds a US patent, granted 2019, and the company took a Fast Company World Changing Ideas award in 2023. I personally raised around 1.5 million of the four million behind it. Before that, soundhalo, where we streamed artist-approved live shows for Pearl Jam, Muse and Atoms for Peace, and negotiated the rights to do it. Before that, digital innovation at PIAS, working with Oasis, Gorillaz and Muse. What I actually do is take a vague idea and turn it into something real, then keep it honest. Product strategy, positioning, MVP scoping, and the awkward decisions about what not to build. Lean startup in the boring, useful sense: the smallest test that tells you the truth. For the last two years I have run two consumer businesses end to end inside Claude. Skills, MCPs, Cowork, Claude Code, daily. I design the system, build it, wire the integrations, and document it so your team keeps running it after I have gone. I am not an engineer, though I have rebuilt an entire codebase from scratch, so a build does not frighten me. I am the operator who ships whole products anyway, and knows when a specialist is needed.
