Kat K.

Hi, my name is Kat and I design AI-powered automations. In my career I’ve: - acquired £1.95M in property assets for myself and private investors - built a project for the UK’s #1 exporter which made $246,000 profit in its 1st year - and scaled a property business from zero to £96,000 in its first 12 months Now I use the same systems thinking to help businesses automate work, reduce costs, and create reliable growth. I build automations and back‑office systems that save teams hours of admin every week and turn messy, manual processes into clean, reliable workflows. What I do: I design streamlined processes workflows and automations for: - Lead generation & outreach - Report and document generation - CRM and marketing automations - Back‑office and operations - Content repurposing and scheduling Typical toolset: Make / n8n, Zapier, Google Workspace, Notion, CRMs, and GPT‑5/other LLMs (depending on your stack). If you’re looking for someone who can think in systems, tie work to real numbers, and speak both “business” and “automation”, you’re in the right place.
