Natasa V.

I help organizations win EU and national funding — and then deliver the funded projects on time, on budget, and through to final reporting. Over the past 9 years I've managed EU-funded and nationally funded projects end to end: from writing the grant application to running milestones, budgets, and deliverables through to the final report. I've prepared and submitted proposals for European Commission and Slovenian smart specialization calls, and independently managed a multi-year smart mobility development project supported by CINEA and the European Commission. What I bring: • Grant & proposal writing for EU calls (Horizon Europe / CINEA-type programmes), national development funding, and smart specialization calls • Full project lifecycle management — planning, scheduling, budget control, personnel coordination, milestone tracking, and deliverable/progress reporting to funders and stakeholders • A finance and economics foundation (MSc in Business & Administration, University of Ljubljana), including cost-benefit analysis of infrastructure investments, so your budgets, justifications, and reporting hold up to scrutiny • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, SCRUM, SAP CO, MS Office I work in English (C2), Slovenian, and Serbian, and I'm at home in international, multi-stakeholder environments. If you're preparing a proposal for an upcoming call — or you've won funding and need someone to run the project and keep the reporting clean — send me a note about your project and deadline, and I'll tell you exactly how I can help.
