Operations & Supply Chain | ex-P&G, Amazon, UN WFP |
I run operations for physical-goods businesses. 7+ years across a global FMCG giant (P&G), one of the world's largest tech companies (Amazon EU HQ), and the world's largest humanitarian agency (UN WFP). Today I run supply and demand planning inside a seven-figure e-commerce brand. What I have expertise in: Supply and demand planning: forecasting, inventory management, replenishment logic, safety stock design, SKU rationalization. I did this for consumer goods at P&G and built planning infrastructure from scratch under emergency conditions at WFP. Procurement and supplier management: sourcing strategy, lead-time reduction, PO management, supplier follow-up cadence. At WFP I redesigned regional sourcing and cut lead times by one to three months on key commodities. Transportation and import operations: carrier and 3PL management, customs coordination (AEO), cost optimization. At P&G I ran every import into Turkey and Central Asia with 10 3PL providers, improved vehicle fill rate by 2.4%, and cut annual transport costs by $3M. Operating cadence and KPIs: the meeting rhythm, scorecards, and escalation paths that keep a company on its numbers. At WFP I built an emergency operating rhythm from scratch (daily cross-functional stand-ups, weekly senior reviews, escalation mechanisms) that scaled a food pipeline to 1.1 million people. Amazon taught me to run everything on data and to justify every initiative in writing. Results, in numbers: $16M per month in savings identified across WFP MENA operations, $10M per month implemented. $3M annual transport cost reduction at P&G. 40 hours per week per team saved from manual processes. 1.1 million people fed through a pipeline built in a month. 98% order fulfillment at P&G, 99.9% on-time on new product launches. Who I work with: founder-led and e-commerce businesses, seven to nine figures, that have outgrown informal coordination but haven't built the planning and operating layer to match. Founders making purchasing and restocking decisions by hand. Operations teams that need a senior planning layer without a full-time hire. What you get: a senior operator who diagnoses, builds, documents, trains your team, and leaves you with systems that keep running without me. Available for project-based engagements and ongoing retainers.
