Softr & Airtable Developer | Client Portals & Internal Tools

That task you do every Monday? I build systems so it never has to be done again. I build client portals, internal tools, and operations systems using Softr and Airtable. Businesses come to me when their process lives in six spreadsheets, three inboxes, and one person's head, and they need it to live somewhere that actually holds. Before I built software, I spent six years running the operations side of a fashion business. I've been the person doing the manual workaround at 11 pm. That's why I don't start with the tool. I start with the process because a clean system built on a broken process is just a faster mess. It's also why I ask about your edge cases before your colour scheme. What I help with: 🔹Client portals: Softr apps with role-based access, so clients, teams, and admins each see exactly what they should and nothing they shouldn't. 🔹Relational databases: Airtable bases designed properly from the start, with linked records, rollups, and lookups that don't collapse at 10,000 rows. This includes consolidating scattered spreadsheets into a single structured database with a real interface on top. 🔹Rescue work: Auditing and restructuring existing Airtable bases that have outgrown their original design and started breaking. 🔹Internal tools and dashboards: Trackers, pipelines, and reporting your ops team reads at a glance. 🔹Workflow automation: Status changes, approvals, notifications, and scheduled jobs that run without anyone remembering to run them. Including AI-assisted workflows using Claude and OpenAI for lead scoring, classification, and drafting, with a human approving before anything goes out. Recent builds: 🔸3-tier membership portal: Free, Pro, and VIP members plus admins, each with their own dashboard, gated content, and a signup approval flow. 🔸Operations hub: 30+ table system with multi-role interfaces, cross-base syncing, and complex automations. Built to stress-test how far the stack goes at scale. 🔸Client portal for a creative agency: Role-based access, full CRUD, file uploads, comments, and invoicing. 🔸Inventory management app for a coffee business: 7-table relational base with a Softr front end covering orders, menu, dashboards, and reporting. 🔸Lead enrichment system: Automated capture, AI scoring, and instant team notifications. Production tracker (demo build). End-to-end production system with automated client updates as orders move through stages. The stack: Softr, Airtable, Claude, OpenAI, n8n, Zapier, REST APIs, webhooks, Google Workspace, Slack. Certifications: Softr Foundational, Airtable Builder, currently pursuing Softr Professional. Softr and Airtable are where I go deep. Everything else on that list is there to serve them, not to pad the page, and that's the difference between someone who can make it work and someone who knows why it broke. Every build ships with documentation and a walkthrough, plus training if you want your team to own it in-house. You shouldn't need to hire me again to change a dropdown. If you're not sure whether your process is a good fit, send me the messy version. That's usually the interesting part.
