8 project schedules built, 2 carried through execution with weekly updates, and none of my active projects is behind schedule today. I'm a project scheduler for construction and engineering teams. I turn scope into a baseline schedule you can run, then update it weekly so slipping tasks show up while there is still time to fix them. WHAT YOU GET - Baseline schedule: WBS, dependencies, critical path - Weekly progress update, readable in two minutes: what moved, what slipped, what needs a decision - Pre-bid schedule structure for jobs you need to start - SOPs your team can edit, for steps that currently live in someone's head BACKGROUND Support project manager at an engineering firm, running 2 projects directly, one of them a small-scale installation project. Before that, 12+ years planning and delivering construction and solar EPC projects in Indonesia, where schedules had to survive changing site conditions and remote logistics. TOOLS MS Project, Microsoft Planner (cloud), ProjectManager, Excel, Google Workspace. I work from the concepts first, so I adapt to the tool your team already uses. HOW I WORK Async, Jakarta (UTC+7), 07:00-17:00 WIB, 10-20 hours/week. Scoping questions upfront, a short context note with each deliverable. Tell me the project type, rough size, and the date you need a baseline by, and I'll reply with how I would structure it.
