I am a senior international executive and consultant with over 20 years of experience advising, building and transforming complex global operations across the UK, EMEA, the USA and APAC. I work with leadership teams to bring clarity to underperforming or scaling environments by designing effective operating models, improving delivery performance and leading change programmes that deliver results. My background includes Managing Director and Director-level roles, building a global consultancy from inception, leading multi-region teams, holding P&L responsibility and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives across shared services, supplier frameworks, systems and service delivery. I have led tri-regional teams of more than 50 FTEs with significant offshore delivery, established global Centres of Excellence and recovered material value through operational and supplier optimisation. I specialise in client consultancy, senior stakeholder engagement and programme leadership, and I am trusted by boards, C-suite and HR leadership teams to diagnose issues quickly and deliver pragmatic, scalable solutions. My experience includes supporting blue-chip global organisations across financial services, technology, pharmaceuticals and professional services, and smaller and start up businesses create entities in new countries, move their best people with speed and efficiency and create structures for their businesses to grow and be successful internationally. I typically engage on operations and business transformation, operating model and shared services design, client delivery and service improvement, change and systems leadership, and fractional leadership or advisory roles.
