I've spent the last 10+ years working across hospitality, events, property operations, and executive support, the kind of work where you're the person holding everything together behind the scenes. Over that time, I've managed corporate functions for around 500 participants, coordinated 30+ international and government events (including APEC), supported approximately 220 property investors and unit owners, and coordinated stakeholders throughout the development and operation of a USD 20M, 224-unit hospitality property in Bali. These days, I help founders, executives, and property/hospitality businesses with the operational side of things that actually keeps a business moving: communications, stakeholder coordination, reporting, reservations, events, vendor management, and the follow-through that turns plans into finished tasks. My hospitality background is with Citadines Berawa Beach Bali (The Ascott Limited), where I progressed through Guest Services, Sales, and eventually MICE & Wedding Sales. I ran corporate events, weddings, government functions, and group business from start to finish: enquiries, quotations, accommodation and venue arrangements, F&B coordination, BEOs, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up. Before that, I worked on government-level national and international projects involving multiple ministries and global stakeholders, more than 30 international events including APEC 2013 in Bali and APEC 2014 in Beijing, plus tourism initiatives, trade fairs, and sales missions involving ministers, governors, ambassadors, and government institutions. I also bring hands-on property and investor-relations experience. At PT GIJ Property Indo, owner and developer of Citadines Berawa Beach Bali, I was the primary liaison between ownership, approximately 220 investors and unit owners, hotel management, consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders throughout both the development and operation of the property. Today, I work remotely with Paradyse Homes, supporting operations, investor and client communications, construction updates, stakeholder reporting, and coordination across a multi-property villa portfolio. I'm based in Bali and work professionally in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, so I'm comfortable supporting international clients and distributed teams.
