Elcin K.

I am an Operations & Project Management professional with 7+ years of experience managing international supply chains, multi-vendor projects, and complex business operations across Europe and global markets. I specialize in building, running, and optimizing operational systems for startups, SaaS platforms, and international businesses — from supplier onboarding and ERP implementations to logistics, compliance, and scalable workflows. What I do best: • Managing end-to-end projects from planning to delivery • Building operational structures for marketplaces and platforms • Supply chain, logistics, and vendor management • ERP & SAP MM implementations • Import/export and international trade operations • Cross-functional coordination between tech, sales, and finance teams I currently manage two global platforms — a yacht & boat rental marketplace and an international chauffeured transfer platform — where I oversee partner onboarding, pricing logic, service workflows, and operational controls across multiple countries. With a Master’s degree in International Trade & Logistics Management and hands-on experience in multinational companies, I bring both strategic thinking and execution power to every project. My goal is to help businesses scale efficiently, reduce operational risk, and turn complex processes into smooth, profitable systems. If you need a reliable project manager or operations partner who can take ownership, structure chaos, and deliver results — let’s work together.
