I have also founded an AI automation business focused on AI agents and workflow automation, giving me practical experience applying AI to real business processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through technology. My background in Industrial Engineering, focused on Product Development, adds a strong technical and analytical foundation, including quantitative reasoning, process analysis, problem-solving and continuous improvement. I apply this approach to business challenges involving costs, pricing, margins, performance and operations. Before entrepreneurship, I spent several years managing a ~£10M annual-turnover operation and a team of around 50 people in London, developing extensive experience in commercial management, finance, operations, sales and leadership. What makes me particularly useful is the combination of founder mentality, commercial experience, operational management, technical thinking and hands-on execution. I can understand the wider picture of a business, identify what is limiting growth or efficiency, and work directly on the areas that need attention.
