Sometimes three or four changes make a store feel completely different: a homepage that finally makes sense, product pages that answer the question someone's actually asking before they scroll away. So before I touch anything, I look at what's already there, what's working, what's in the way, and what's actually worth fixing first. New store, full redesign, theme customization, better product pages, SEO, or just getting things ready to convert I can take it from wherever it currently sits.
