Institutional Reports and Executive Visual Communications

I create structural and visual systems for complex written communication, including annual reports, research publications, white papers, M&A materials, and executive presentations. The work gives dense organizational content the clarity, authority, and navigational discipline required for executive and institutional audiences. Starting with content supplied by the client, I establish the narrative sequence, information architecture, document or slide structure, visual hierarchy, and treatment of charts, tables, and diagrams. Together, these elements form a disciplined communication system built for executive scanning and capable of withstanding close scrutiny. I work directly with corporate, consulting, research, and institutional teams, coordinating input and revisions across multiple stakeholders while preserving the established structure, hierarchy, and visual direction throughout the engagement. Recent engagements include acquisition investment memoranda in the UK film sector, annual reports for DCZ Investment, sponsorship decks for OYOFE Barcelona, and EU-funded research publications. I lead Metafora Studio and remain personally involved throughout each engagement, from initial structuring through final publication.
