I worked as a customer service representative for 10 years. I was a sales representative of Macy's 4 years and Amazon for 2- years, and my duties were to place orders for my customers, assist them with their tracking details, handle billing, and communicate with them through chats and emails. For 4 years, I have been a virtual hotel specialist, where I handled guests' complaints and also made appointments for their desired dates of travel locations, looking for their preferences with reasonable prices and to also make sure to make their stay comfortable, and hard-selling a room to make sure the deal is closed. While working, I can say that I was able to enhance my skills when it comes to problem-solving, hard selling, time management, and digital proficiency to guide clients and close deals successfully, all while building strong relationships and overcoming objections with my customers. I can easily adopt with the tools with proper training and guidance.
