My work spans COO-level ownership through hands-on operational buildout, depending on what the business requires. In some engagements, I act as the operating partner to founders or leadership teams. In others, I step directly into Director or Manager scope to stabilize purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, or production flow while systems and teams mature. I have led operations across consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, and eCommerce environments, including Shopify, Amazon, Cin7 (DEAR Systems), ERP platforms, and 3PL networks. My experience includes building operational infrastructure from early-stage through scale, where demand signals are imperfect, roles are still evolving, and teams are operating ahead of formal process. I led the implementation and integration of ERP systems across multi-site businesses, owning the supporting operations, finance, and customer care workflows to ensure inventory, order flow, and financial data remained aligned across systems. This included SKU structure design, PO workflows, channel integrations, fulfillment coordination, and operational SOP development to support reliable scale. I am comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels, aligning leadership around operating cadence while also working directly inside purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, and workflow design when needed. I focus on building systems that support how the business actually runs, not how it looks on paper.
