Cezary O.

I am a Lead UX Designer and Official Framer Expert with over 7 years of experience building digital experiences for global brands and fast-growing startups. My approach combines deep user research with high-fidelity UI to ensure every pixel serves a business goal. As the founder of Upper Left Studio and a Lecturer at the University of Wroclaw, I don’t just design interfaces; I build scalable design systems and lead the entire process from ideation to final launch. How I can help your business: • Full-Cycle UX/UI Design: From research and wireframing to Figma mockups and high-fidelity UI. • Official Framer Expert: Building premium, interactive websites and components that stand out from the crowd. • eCommerce Optimization: Specializing in conversion for Shopify and SaaS, helping brands like Oakywood and Coffeedesk scale. • Product Strategy: Aligning user needs with business KPIs, backed by my experience leading design teams at mohi.to (Netguru Group). Selected Client Experience: Helios, Eurocash, Zięta Studio, Oakywood, and Coffeedesk. I’m passionate about "Data-Driven Design" (as seen in my Design Ways Conference talk) and dedicated to delivering products that are as functional as they are beautiful. Let’s discuss how we can bring your project to life.
