Your story is good. Readers are still putting it down. Maybe it's the sagging middle chapter. The scene that should land emotionally but doesn't. The character arc that feels flat by the climax. These are the reasons manuscripts get rejected or DNF'd: not bad writing, but fixable craft issues most authors can't see in their own work. I help fiction and self-help authors find and fix exactly that: weak pacing, unclear scenes, and characters readers don't connect with. Whether you're deep in a dark romance, building a fantasy world, or tightening a thriller's tension, I give you detailed, reader-focused feedback that strengthens the story without flattening your voice. Services: Developmental Editing, Beta Reading, Line Editing, Copy Editing, Proofreading, Manuscript Evaluation Genres: Romance (Contemporary & Dark), Fantasy, Thriller/Mystery, Dystopian, Literary Fiction, Self-Help, Memoir What you get: Honest, actionable notes, not vague praise. Track Changes in Word. Clear communication, reliable turnaround. And if your manuscript is AI-assisted, I know how to spot and fix the repetitive phrasing and flat pacing that pattern creates, so it reads human. If you want a second set of eyes that reads like your ideal reader and thinks like an editor, let's talk about your manuscript.
