Luxenline S.
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer | Factory-Ready Drawings, First Time
Most CAD files look right on screen. They fall apart the moment they hit a machine, a mold, or a print bed. That is the gap between a software operator and an engineer who understands every manufacturing process behind every part. When you design a complete machine — you are not designing one thing. You are designing welded frames, machined shafts, laser-cut brackets, sheet metal housings, stamped components, injection-moulded parts, and standard hardware — all at once, all fitting together, all manufacturable. That is what I do. What my current portfolio covers: → Industrial machinery and automation systems Conveyor systems, automated mechanisms, production equipment. Complete packages — 3D assembly, part drawings, BOM, fabrication callouts. SS400 structural steel, machined components, pneumatic and linear motion systems. → Jig and fixture packages Production tooling for fabrication clients. GD&T, DIN ISO 2768, weld callouts, full BOM. Ready for the workshop floor without questions. → Plastic injection mold design End-to-end — part design, tool design, DFM, supplier coordination, T1/T2 validation, mass production sign-off. Consumer plastic parts in PP, ABS, TPE. → Sheet metal and die cast components Enclosures, brackets, housings, frames and mechanical supports for electrical and electronic equipment. Bend radius, flat pattern, draft angles, machining allowances — factory-ready drawings to international standards. → Furniture, woodworking and CNC-ready files 3D models and cutting files for wood, MDF, and steel furniture. DXF and SVG files optimised for CNC router — joint tolerances, nesting, tool path consideration. Solid wood structures, metal-frame furniture, and combination designs for commercial and residential applications. → 3D print ready files STL and STEP for FDM and SLA. Designed for the print bed — wall thickness, support geometry, tolerance for post-processing. Send me your project. I will respond within 24 hours with a clear scope and timeline.
