Monica D.

If you're a founder, executive, or leadership team drowning in calendar chaos, half-finished projects, and communications falling through the cracks — I'm the person who makes that stop. I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) Executive Assistant and Operations professional with 10+ years supporting C-suite and plant-level leadership in high-stakes, fast-moving environments. I've built KPI dashboards used in strategic planning, coordinated multi-site manufacturing operations, managed international travel logistics, and led a full ISO accreditation project from kickoff to certification. What I actually do: I think three steps ahead, build the systems that prevent fires, and handle the details so you can stay in your zone of genius. I've supported executives at a global wind energy manufacturer (TPI Composites) and bring an MBA in Industrial Administration + a Google Project Management Certificate to every engagement. My toolbox: - CRM: Pripedrive, HubSpot | PM: ClickUp, Monday, Asana - Google Workspace (Advanced) | Excel/Sheets | KPI & Data Dashboards - ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Auditor | VDA 6.3 | Root Cause Analysis I operate on Central Time and I am available during standard US business hours — easy overlap for US-based clients (Mountain, Eastern, Pacific). If you need someone who treats your business like their own: let's talk.
